La justice vient en effet de juger ill\u00e9gale la fermeture du compte Instagram du rappeur et son avocat r\u00e9clame son r\u00e9tablissement sans d\u00e9lai. La fermeture de ce compte avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau social&nbsp;&nbsp;apr\u00e8s une plainte de Magali Berdah, qui accuse le rappeur de cyberharc\u00e8lement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 12 juillet dernier sur Twitter, Magali Berdah se f\u00e9licitait d&rsquo;avoir fait condamner Instagram \u00e0 fermer le compte de Booba. Une d\u00e9cision judiciaire \u00e0 laquelle s&rsquo;est conform\u00e9e la filiale de Meta, la maison-m\u00e8re de Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s le communiqu\u00e9 des avocats de Booba publi\u00e9 ce 3 octobre 2022, cette proc\u00e9dure a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e ill\u00e9gale, n&rsquo;ayant pas respect\u00e9 le contradictoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9sormais, et faute de proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;appel de la part de Magali Berdah ou Instagram, le r\u00e9seau social devra remettre en ligne le compte de Booba.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C&rsquo;est un nouveau rebondissement dans le conflit qui oppose le rappeur Booba \u00e0 Magali Berdah.
