\n\tDans un jugement rendu par le Tribunal de Grande Instance de Nanterre, la société Mondadori Magazines France est condamnée à la demande de Jean-Marc Morandini pour avoir publié un reportage au sein du magazine Closer daté du 22 au 28 juillet 2016 violant ses droits fondamentaux.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tLa société est ainsi condamnée à verser à Jean-Marc Morandini la somme de 7.000 euros en réparation des atteintes portées à sa vie privée et à son droit à l’image par la publication du n°580 du magazine Closer daté du 22 au 28 juillet 2016.
\n\tLa société Mondadori Magazines France est également condamné à payer à Jean-Marc Morandini la somme de 2.000 euros au titre de l’article 700 du code de procédure civile.\n<\/p>\n
